These Terms govern your use of Gamertag Generator, including account use, generation credits, payments, public showcase publishing, acceptable use, and the limits of the service.
Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to generate, save, or publish content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or designed to impersonate others in a harmful way.
We may block, moderate, remove, or refuse public showcase content when it violates product rules or creates legal, trust, or safety risk.
Credits, Purchases, and Refunds
Key Details
Generation credits apply per successful generation request. Failed AI requests are intended not to consume a credit. Free, login bonus, and paid credits are governed by the product rules shown in the app at the time of use.
Purchased credits have no cash value and, except where required by law, are non-refundable once delivered to your account. We may change package pricing, free allowances, or credit policies prospectively.
User Content and Public Showcase
Key Details
You retain responsibility for the names, intros, and other content you save or publish through the service. If you choose to publish content to the public showcase, you grant us a non-exclusive right to host, display, moderate, and remove that content as part of operating the service.
You should only publish content that you have the right to use. We may remove or restrict public content that creates legal, trust, brand, or safety risk.
AI Outputs and Platform Availability
Key Details
Generated names are suggestions only. We do not guarantee that any tag is available on Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, or any other external platform.
AI outputs may be imperfect, similar to existing names, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using, saving, or publishing it.
Disclaimers, Liability, and California Law
Key Details
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for quality, cost control, maintenance, security, or legal reasons. The service is provided on an as-available and as-is basis without guaranteed uninterrupted uptime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
